Lauren paints intuitively and with the invitation of greater presence to structure her work. She witnesses colors, shapes and stories emerge by attunement, and paints through a position of flow, listening and openness. It is a relational creation, where Lauren and her paintings often go through periods of pauses, new turns, new layers, and both adding and removing in freedom of each touch and stroke.
