Versed in therapeutic insights from twenty years of professional experience within social- and psychiatric treatment and care, Lauren works with wild, direct and intimatly brilliant senses of reality.
She works with a synergy of practice and multidisciplinary (psychological, philosophical and spiritual) structures, from a centre of sacred and safe being. From this place of wholeness, paths open for flow of alive wakefulness.
Lauren guides through a process of intentional embodied creation, moving from rigid, goal-oriented or untrue identity into a state of wholeness and present-moment emotional, vulnerable awareness.
Her advanced academic studies at Uppsala University, and her doctoral research on human consciousness and existential health in relation to digitality (machine learning, "AI", social media, design and use) unleashed what she stands for: supporting inborn abilities and intuitive knowing through mysticism, possibility, meaning, miracles, magic and medicine - in truly grounded ways.
Lauren teaches, guides and facilitates individuals and groups locally and internationally from her home by the woods outside of Uppsala, Sweden.
