Lauren is a spiritual midwife. A healing presence and creative. She facilitates deeply transformative encounters, to help people access innate wisdom. Her work focuses on sacred space, where we can undo past entanglements and invite our fuller being to emerge naturally.
Versed in therapeutic insights from twenty years of professional experience within social- and psychiatric treatment and care, she works with wild, direct and intimatly brilliant senses of reality. Using life skills for existential health, she supports people home from digital – mentally entrapped – reality overlay.
Lauren guides through a process of intentional embodied creation, helping you move from rigid, goal-oriented identity into a state of wholeness and present-moment emotional, vulnerable awareness.
She works with a synergy of practice and multidisciplinary (psychological, philosophical and spiritual) structures, from a centre of sacred and safe being. From this place of wholeness, paths open for flow of alive awareness, creativity and existential health.
Her advanced academic studies at Uppsala University, and her doctoral research on digitality (machine learning, "AI", social media, design and use), existential health and human consciousness, unleashed what she stands for: supporting inborn abilities and intuitive knowing through mysticism, possibility, meaning, miracles, magic and medicine - in truly grounded ways.
She teaches, guides and facilitates individuals and groups locally and internationally from her home in the woods outside of Uppsala, Sweden.

Lauren's background offers a palette of perspectives, tools and approaches, yet she has no predetermined purpose or method with individual sessions - other than to invite and listen to your sacredness together. This is a journey of vulnerability. If other wishes of focus have not yet been crystallized, you are supported to sit with an invitation of contact with that which goes beyond words, time and space. Lauren guides and maintains a presence that entails natural processes in meeting and nurturing what comes through. Everything is welcomed while Lauren at the same time has a powerful ability to discern, heal and place boundaries in relation to non-helpful and non-life-affirming energies and constructs. Gathering: OPEN MEANING MAKING - OMM
(a.k.a. ÖPPEN MENINGSSKAPANDE TRÄFF - ÖMT). A life-affirming space holding and format designed for meaning sharing and wisdom ripples. With a panel of invited speakers sharing on existential health from their lived experience and fields of professional dedication. A questions submission section and Q&A, is followed by a facilitated open conversation among audience participants.

ART
Lauren paints intuitively and with the invitation of greater presence to structure her work. She witnesses colors, shapes and stories emerge by attunement, and paints through a position of flow, listening and openness. It is a relational creation, where Lauren and her paintings often go through periods of pauses, new turns, new layers, and both adding and removing in freedom of each touch and stroke. For Lauren this is also an understanding of life - and us as Co-Creators. She is completely amazed by that people often experience her art as personal recognitions of essence. TENDER THREADS was created within the context of academic research about digitality (machine learning, “AI”, social media) and existential health.
